Both. Some of my favourite work has been with startups and independents. Budget and company size don't determine the quality of thinking; the right brief does.
You get a dedicated monthly allocation of creative output. Submit requests through a shared board, I work through them in priority order. One active task at a time, with fast turnarounds. Pause or cancel with 30 days notice.
Project work includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Retainer clients get unlimited revisions; I want you to be genuinely happy with the work, not just settled.
Directly, no account managers or middlemen. Depending on what works best for you, we can use email, Notion, or a shared Slack channel.
Project work uses a simple statement of work agreement that protects both of us. Retainers are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required.
I'll keep iterating until it's right. The revision process exists for exactly this reason. If something's not working, tell me clearly and I'll fix it.
