View Live SiteThe challenge was to reposition the website as a true reflection of the calibre of the business behind it. Working within the premium, designer-led recruitment space, the existing site no longer matched the quality of the clients, candidates and placements the team had built their reputation around.
The objective was to create a more refined and confident digital presence balancing strong visual storytelling with a clear, intuitive user experience. Client relationships, standout placements and a catalogue of 150+ testimonials would become key proof points throughout the site, helping communicate both credibility and industry expertise.
Practicality
& Flexibility
Alongside the visual transformation, the website needed to provide greater long-term ownership and flexibility. The existing third-party CMS recruitment platform would remain integrated for live vacancies and candidate management, while the wider site would be built independently, giving the business a scalable foundation that could evolve alongside its growth.
Ultimately, the project was about bringing the digital experience in line with the reputation the business had already established offline.
